The wellness resources list collects public tools that people could use on their own to track and improve their health. Each tool has its own page. The page says who makes the tool, what it does, and whether it costs money.
Some examples:
- MyHealthfinder: a federal website that shows which screenings and vaccines a person may need.
- Million Hearts: a national effort led by CDC and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to prevent heart attacks and strokes.
- CDC Worksite Health ScoreCard: a tool for employers to check their workplace health programs.
