MyHealthfinder is a health information website from the Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (ODPHP), part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. It is part of the federal health.gov website.
The main tool asks for a person’s age, sex and whether they are pregnant. It then lists the screening tests, vaccines and other preventive care that person or a family member may need. The site also has plain-language pages on topics such as cancer, diabetes, heart health, physical activity, nutrition and pregnancy, and tips on how to find and get preventive care.
The site describes its content as trusted information to help families stay healthy. The current site is at odphp.health.gov/myhealthfinder.
