RealAge Health Risk Assessment

The RealAge Test is a health risk assessment run by the digital health company Sharecare. It asks about diet, sleep, activity, stress, health history and health numbers such as blood pressure. It then estimates a “RealAge,” which is how old the body is based on those answers, compared with the person’s actual age.

Sharecare describes the test as clinically validated. A 2024 health plan flyer said it took about 15 to 20 minutes, and users could pause and come back to finish. Health numbers are optional, but the results are more accurate with them. After the test, users can set goals and follow a RealAge program on stress, sleep, nutrition and activity.

Health plan materials from 2024 still offered the test. Many people take it through an employer or health plan wellness program that uses Sharecare. Sharecare’s public page for the test is at sharecare.com/realage-test.
