1. It takes Mako 2 days to process results after samples are recieved at the lab. You must remember to factor in shipping time to the lab.
2. If you make a mistake setting up your results portal it could take days to reset. It is a different company and Mako has no control over the portal so be very careful when registering.
2. DO NOT call the lab unless it has been at least 4 days. Because of the world-wide pandemic, the volume of calls is very high and wait times are long.
