The old Parkway Grocery store is at 2515 MacCorkle Ave., St. Albans, WV. In 2021, its parking lot was a stop for free HIV testing.
That year, the county health department and community partners took free HIV testing to many sites in Kanawha County during a local HIV outbreak. At these events, the health department also offered COVID-19 testing and vaccines, and vaccines for hepatitis A, hepatitis B and tetanus.
