The county health department held a weekend COVID-19 testing and vaccine event on Sunday, September 19, 2021, from 1 to 5 p.m. It took place at the health department office, 108 Lee Street East, Charleston.
Partners were the Kanawha County Commission, the Kanawha County Emergency Ambulance Authority and the Charleston Fire Department.
Earlier that summer the health department had also held walk-in clinics on three Saturdays in August.
