Adolescent/Adult Immunizations

Immunizations (ages 11 and up) are scheduled by appointment on Monday & Friday from 8:00-10:30 am and 1:00-3:00 pm. We also offer appointments on Wednesdays following the schedule below:
1st Wednesday of the month      1:00-3:00 pm
2nd Wednesday of the month     8:00-10:30 am
3rd Wednesday of the month     1:00-3:00 pm
4th Wednesday of the month      8:00-10:30 am & 1:00-3:00 pm
5th Wednesday of the month      8:00-10:30 am & 1:00-3:00 pm

Each child & adolscent up to the age of 19 will be screened for Vaccines for Children (VFC) eligibility. If they meet the guidelines for VFC eligibility, vaccines will be given at no cost, only the administration fee will apply. To learn more about the VFC program, please click here.

For those who do not qualify for the VFC program, vaccines will be given at cost and an administration fee will apply. Administration fees are charged as follows:

Child/Adolescent (ages 0 to 18) $14.00 each
Adult (ages 18 and up) $15.00 each

Occupational Immunizations

Occupation Immunizations are scheduled by appointment on Mondays between the hours of 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. Please call 304-348-8080 to schedule your appointment.

If you would like to set up a Business Agreement for your company that allows you to provide certain immunizations to your employees, please contact Juanita at 304-348-8080.

All vaccines are given at cost. For each vaccine administered, there is an administration fee of $15.00 each.

Overseas Travel

OST clinics are cash or check only, in advance. We will not bill for these services.

Overseas Travel (OST) appointments are scheduled by appointment on Tuesdays between the hours of 8:00 am and 10:30 am. Please call 304-348-8080 to schedule your appointment well in advance of your scheduled travel. Some vaccine series take several weeks to complete for full efficacy.

The consultation fee for an OST appointment is $30.00 per person. Our staff will research required and recommended vaccines for your particular destination and counsel you on the risks and benefits. We will compile an information packet for you with all necessary information.

All vaccines are given at cost. For each vaccine administered, there is an administration fee as follows:

Child/Adolescent (ages 0 to 18) $14.00 each
Adult (ages 18 and up) $15.00 each

Vaccinations for Children (VFC)

We are proud to be a Vaccines for Children (VFC) program provider. VFC eliminates financial barriers for children that need immunizations. We administer publicly provided vaccines to eligible children in order to keep some of West Virginia's most vulnerable, safe.

To qualify, your child must not have yet reached their 19th birthday AND be uninsured (not have insurance coverage) OR be underinsured (not have immunization coverage on your plan) OR be American Indian or a Native Alaskan.

Each child under the age of 19 will be screened for VFC eligibility. If your child qualifies, they will receive vaccine at no cost. There will be an administration fee for each shot as follows:

Child/Adolescent (ages 0 to 18) $14.00 each
Adult (ages 18 and up) $15.00 each

If your child currently has Medicaid coverage, they will automatically receive VFC vaccines and we will bill Medicaid for the Administration Fee.

The following vaccines are provided by the WV Immunization Program at no cost and only the administration fee will apply (0-18 years).
