 Brenda Isaac, RN, President
Appointed by the Kanawha County Commission
Ms. Isaac has served on the Board since August 2002.  She was elected Board President for the year beginning July 1, 2009.   Her current term expires June 30, 2012.

Robert Reishman
Appointed by the City of Charleston
Mr. Reishman was appointed to the Board July 1, 2008.  His term expires June 30, 2013. 

Arthur B. Rubin, DO
Appointed by the Kanawha County Commission
Dr. Rubin has served on the Board since May 1993. His current term expires June 30, 2011.

Shannon Snodgrass, PT
Appointed by the City of Charleston
Ms. Snodgrass has served on the Board since May 1997.  Her current term expires June 30, 2010.

James Strawn
Appointed by the City of Charleston
Mr. Strawn was appointed to the Board in December 2006.  His current term expires June 30, 2014. 

Stephen A. Weber
Appointed by the Kanawha County Commission
Mr. Weber has served on the Board since May 1994.  His current term expires June 30, 2011.
