Appointed by the Kanawha County Commission. Has served on the Board since August 2002. She was elected Board President for the year beginning July 1, 2011. Current Term expires June 30, 2012.

Robert Reishmann
Appointed by the City of Charleston. Has served on the Board since July 1, 2008. Current Term expires June 30, 2013

Arthur Rubin, DO
